Rooted in Strength, growing with purpose together

Our Mission

At Evergreen Artistic Swimming, we believe that everyone deserves a place to grow. Rooted in inclusion, support, and creativity, we foster an environment where athletes can be challenged, build confidence, express themselves, and develop lifelong skills both in and out of the water.

We move as a team and grow as individuals—nurturing passion, integrity, and personal purpose in every swimmer. Whether recreational or competitive, just beginning or chasing big goals, Evergreen strives to meet each athlete’s needs. Our swimmers learn to push through challenges, grow athletically, and find joy and meaning in every motion.

Like the trees that inspire our name, we’re grounded in community and driven by progress. Together, we’re building a community—confident, expressive, and always reaching higher.

Our values

At Evergreen Artistic Swimming, we strive to create a positive environment where athletes are empowered to excel both in sport and in life.

We will:

  • Train for  athletic excellence
  • Foster a culture of support and inclusivity
  • Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship over comparison
  • Utilize positive coaching
  • Create mentorship opportunities
  • Lead by example with integrity and honesty
  • Promote confidence & belonging
  • Develop mental performance & emotional wellbeing
  • Create safe & respectful spaces
  • Educate on all aspects of sport
  • Collaborate with other like minded organizations

Our Families

We recognize the importance that parents and families have in creating a supportive culture. By working together we can give the athletes a well-rounded experience

Evergreen families will:

  • Focus on effort, not outcome
  • Support confidence & body positivity
  • Be a model of respect & sportsmanship
  • Encourage independence & leadership
  • Advocate for a safe environment
  • Demonstrate and expect accountability
  • Commit to direct communication and respectful conflict resolution

Parents create a culture of support when they show up as fans, not critics to support their athlete’s growth as whole people, not just athletes
